European Mobility Week

Mobility and Road Safety Week is a public awareness-raising campaign promoting sustainable and responsible transport practices. The campaign aims to raise public awareness by bringing together various mobility stakeholders – transport organising authorities, local authorities, transport network operating companies, schools, charities, companies, highways agencies, and so on – in a joint-action campaign encouraging the development of responsible, sustainable mobility.
The event is an opportunity for local authorities – particularly transport organising authorities who are committed to long-term mobility policies, as well as network operators and non-profit bodies – to test and promote new travel solutions, and to link their communication with the general public to specific practical initiatives.
Mobility and Road Safety Week has its own slogan: “Bougez autrement”, or “Other ways to get around“.
